Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Guro Markets UK Ltd ("Guro Markets", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the Guro Markets trading platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Guro Markets service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure Statement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with Guro Markets, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
2. Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
3. Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the Platform would be unlawful;
4. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and verification;
5. Not be listed on any government sanctions list or classified as a Politically Exposed Person without appropriate enhanced due diligence clearance.

Guro Markets reserves the right to decline account applications or restrict services at its sole discretion where eligibility criteria are not met.

Account Opening & KYC

Account registration requires the submission of identifying information and, prior to live trading and withdrawal access, completion of our identity verification (KYC) process in accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Account Types & Trading Conditions

Guro Markets offers multiple account types (Standard, ECN, Pro, and Demo), each with distinct minimum deposit requirements, spread and commission structures, and leverage limits, as detailed on our Pricing page. Trading conditions are subject to change and will be communicated via the Platform.

Demo accounts use simulated funds and are provided for practice purposes only. Performance on a demo account does not guarantee similar results on a live account, as market conditions, liquidity, and execution can differ materially.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Guro Markets does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawal requests are processed to the original funding source wherever possible, in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering obligations.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, processing timeframes, and any applicable third-party fees are detailed on our FAQ page. Guro Markets reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

Trading Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that may be considered manipulative, abusive, or fraudulent, including but not limited to:

1. Exploitation of pricing errors, latency arbitrage, or platform technical faults;
2. Use of multiple accounts to circumvent trading limits or promotional terms;
3. Coordinated trading activity designed to manipulate market prices;
4. Use of unauthorised automated trading systems that violate platform-specific rules.

Guro Markets reserves the right to void trades, adjust account balances, or suspend accounts found to be in breach of this section, following internal review.

Fees, Spreads & Commissions

Applicable spreads, commissions, overnight financing (swap) charges, and any other fees are disclosed on our Pricing page and within the trading terminal. Fees are subject to change; material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Margin & Leverage

Trading on margin involves significant risk. You are responsible for monitoring your account's margin level. Guro Markets may issue margin calls and, where margin levels fall below specified thresholds, may close open positions without prior notice to protect against negative balances, as described in our Risk Disclosure Statement.

Prop Trading & Copy Trading

Participation in Guro Markets Prop Trading challenges and Copy Trading programmes is subject to additional programme-specific rules, including but not limited to daily loss limits, maximum drawdown thresholds, profit split arrangements, and minimum trading day requirements, as presented at the point of enrolment.

Funded prop accounts remain the property of Guro Markets. Traders are granted a right to a share of profits generated, subject to full compliance with programme rules.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials available through the Platform are the property of Guro Markets UK Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guro Markets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable regulation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Suspension & Termination

Guro Markets may suspend or terminate your account where required by law, upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or as part of standard compliance and risk management procedures. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of any open positions and withdrawal of remaining funds.

Amendments

Guro Markets reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available in your country of residence.
